Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson
Nancy Wilson is a Grammy Award winner in jazz. Her birth date was February 20, 1937, in Chillicothe OH to Olden Wilson, who was employed in an ironworks, and Lillian Ryan, a former domestic worker. Nancy was the oldest of six kids. The music passion of her father and the records he played in the family room were an enormous influence on Nancy as a young girl. By the age of four, Nancy knew that she wanted to be an accomplished musician. She developed her musical talent through participating in choirs of the church. When she was still in high school, she appeared regularly in Skyline Melodies. The same year, Nancy began to perform in nightclubs. Nancy completed high school aged 17 and enrolled in the Ohio's Central State College, now Central State University for a whole year. Then she dropped out to pursue a career as professional musician. She recorded her first record with Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band in 1956. The group was on tour from 1956 until 1958. In the band, Nancy released her first record on Dot Records. Cannonball Aderley suggested she make the move into New York so as to increase her chances of success. In 1959 she moved in The Big Town. Within a month she got a gig singing in The Blue Morocco Night Club on Boston Road in The Bronx the place where her agent heard her and signed her. Agent Adderley signed her to Capitol in the year 1960. The year she made her debut was the same year. Guess Who I Saw Today. Capitol released five Nancy Wilson albums within two years. In the era of Adderley, Wilson began concentrating on R&B and then shifted her focus to torch and jazz. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley's collaboration in the year 1962 helped propel her into the spotlight as well as her hit Tell Me the Truth was released in 1963. This performance brought her to the stage at New York Coconut Grove in 1963, America's most popular nightclub.
Maisie Richardson Sellers is an actor that is active in TV as well as films. Her best-known work was her role as Chloe Winthrop on Netflix's The Kissing Booth. Maisie Richardson Sellers was born in England on March 2, 1992. Joy Richardson's mom is Maisie Richardson-Sellers. She graduated from Oxford University following her studies at a private university. She has a degree in Archaeology & Anthropology. Maisie's acting career got underway in the world of acting by appearing in the 2012 short Our First World. Ellie is a little girl played by Maisie in a short film in 2012 Americano and Rum. The film featured her in a small cameo part in the role of Korr Sella for the 2015 film Short Wars : The Force awakens. In the following year, she was a part of the Netflix original movie The Kissing Booth Season 2 and 3, as Chloe Winthrop.
